Catherine Rooke
I am a specialist dyscalculia tutor, with over 20 years of teaching experience, helping students who struggle with maths, including many neurodiverse students with dyscalculia, dyslexia, maths anxiety, ADHD and other learning differences.
I believe that every student can succeed in maths when it is taught in a way that makes sense to them. By making use of students' creativity, using hands-on-tools and a step-by-step approach, I have seen her students grow in confidence from being scared of negative integers to being able to understand them with ease.
This workbook has been designed for parents, teachers and tutors to work through with their child or student so that they too can be successful, just like my students are.
